Забыл данные от аккаунта Social Club, восстановить не выходит, нужно отвязать старый аккаунт и привязать новый. Когда пытаюсь войти в другой аккаунт, пишет: к вашему аккаунту привязана другая учетная запись Social Club. Прошу помочь

Можешь об этом забыть, так как игра купленная в стиме владельцем, повторно не активируется. Даже если отвяжешь через тех поддержку, останешься все равно без игры.
Так что верните аккаунт владельцу.
