Bad title

Possible causes are:

Различают три основных вида.

• Закрытый. Задействованы две стороны, сделка закрывается после того, как они обменялись товарами или услугами.
• Открытый. Участвуют уже более двух сторон, участники в разное время и в разных пропорциях делают обмен, договариваясь в индивидуальном порядке. Здесь может быть целая цепочка, подобные сделки часто встречались во времена перестройки. Например, цистерну топлива предприниматель меняет на вагон обуви, который меняет на трактор, а тракторный завод, в свою очередь, выдает обувью зарплату работникам.
• Электронный (биржи). Онлайн-агрегаторы предлагают заинтересованным лицам или организациям варианты сделок, которые им подойдут по каким-либо критериям.

Unsupported symbols

The following characters cannot be used at all:

Many of the above characters have special meanings in wiki syntax or HTML markup.

The non-printable control characters (0x00 to 0x1F inclusive and 0x7F, the «delete» character) are also unsupported.

Restrictions may apply to other characters:

• Titles cannot start with a colon.
• Relative path page titles (such as «.» «..» or «/./») are invalid.
• Underscores are converted to spaces. Leading and trailing spaces/underscores are removed. Consecutive spaces and underscores between non-whitespace characters are reduced to one. Page titles consisting of only spaces or underscores are invalid as empty. • Page titles cannot contain three or more consecutive tildes (~).
• A title may contain the character %, unless it is followed by two hexadecimal digits.
• While the semicolon is a valid character, most page titles ending with a semicolon formerly were normally inaccessible due to a software bug; this was tracked in Phabricator and resolved. However, page titles still cannot contain a string that is a named HTML character reference.

Unsupported length

No page title may be longer than 255 bytes (not characters) in UTF-8 encoding.

• Thai name of Bangkok (full title would be 423 bytes)

Unsupported prefix

Titles can’t have a prefix (letters before a colon) that is an interwiki (includes language codes and project codes) or a namespace prefix (which would place pages in a different namespace), including aliases. Prefixes are not case-sensitive.

Виды бартера

На практике существуют 3 вида бартера:
Закрытый бартер — когда участвует не более двух сторон. Товар или услуга первой стороны (участника) обменивается только на услугу или товар второй стороны (участника). Время и объемы сделки строго фиксируются, после обмена сделка считается закрытой.
Открытый бартер — когда участвуют две и более сторон. Обмен товарами и услугами происходит между всеми участниками сделки в различных пропорциях, обмен может по договоренности происходить в разное время.
Электронный бартер — вид бартерных сделок, осуществляемых при помощи интернет-сервисов, которые самостоятельно автоматизируют подбор бартерных предложений, подходящих друг другу по каким-либо параметрам.

Из плюсов можно выделить следующие: бартер позволяет не использовать деньги, что удобно в кризис — у компании в этот промежуток времени дефицит денежных средств; товар не подвержен инфляции; это оптимальный способ избавиться от затоваривания складов.
Из минусов — это сложность сделки (товар оценивается не по самой прибыльной стоимости), а также трудности с поиском участников обмена и уплатой налогов.
Мена — нестандартная сделка, следовательно, налоговая будет внимательно изучать, почему стороны выбрали такую форму, верно ли определены налоговые обязательства, не пытаются ли участники сделки уклониться от налогов. Налоговая вправе проверить договор бартерной сделки, а если докажет, что цена в договоре отличается от рыночной на 20% в любую сторону, доначислит налоги.
