The requested page title is invalid. It may be empty, contain unsupported characters, or include a non-local or incorrectly linked interwiki prefix. You may be able to locate the desired page by searching for its name (with the interwiki prefix, if any) in the search box.
Possible causes are:
- an attempt to load a URL such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/| (the | character is unsupported);
- an attempt to load a URL pointing to a «non-local» interwiki page (usually those not run by the Wikimedia Foundation). For example, the URL https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/meatball:WikiPedia will give this error, because the «meatball:» interwiki prefix is not marked as local in the interwiki table. Certain interwiki prefixes are marked as local in the table. For example, the URL https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/meta:Main_Page can be used to load meta:Main_Page. All interlanguage prefixes are marked as local, and thus URLs such as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/fr:Accueil will work as expected. However, non-local interwiki pages can still be accessed by interwiki linking or by entering them in the search box. Reset your PlayStation Network password
Changing your PlayStation Network password from your account is easy, but what if you forgot your PSN password and couldn’t get past the sign-in page? In that case, you can reset your password instead.

- From the PSN sign-in page on your browser, select the Trouble Signing In? option.
- Choose Recover Your Account.
- Type the email address you used for the account.
- Hit Send Link. You should then receive an email from Sony with the subject line Password Change Notification.
- Open the email.
- Click on the Recover Your Account button. Make sure to do so within 24 hours, as the link will expire afterward.
- In the account recovery tab that opens, choose a method (date of birth, mobile number, or security question) to confirm that you’re the account owner.
- Press Continue.
- Enter the information required by the verification method you chose.
- Select Create a Password.
- Input your new password. Make sure to use a combination of at least two character types.
- Click on OK to finish.
If you prefer to reset your PSN password from a console, here’s what you need to do:
- Go to the Sign In screen. You can find this by navigating to Settings > Users and Accounts > Accounts > Sign In (for PS5 consoles) or Settings > Account Management > Sign In (for Primary PS4 and PS4 consoles).
- Press the triangle button on your controller.
- Type your email address if it hasn’t already been filled in.
- Hit Next.
- Check your inbox for the email instructions.
- Press the button in the email to proceed with the password change.
- When prompted, verify your identity using one of the available methods.
- Enter your new password.
- Hit on OK to exit.
You’ll then get an email notifying you that your password has been updated, and you can start using this new password to sign into your account.

Troubleshooting PSN login issues
If you’re experiencing issues signing in to your PlayStation Network account, try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Reset your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the Account Management sign-in page online. Click Trouble Signing in?, then Reset your password. Enter the email address associated with your account to receive an email link that allows you to create a new password.
- Make sure you’re using the right email address. If you’ve forgotten your sign-in ID (email address), check your email inboxes for emails from PlayStation to figure out which one you used. Make sure to check junk and spam folders as well. If you’re unable to access the email address associated with your account, contact PlayStation Support.
- Verify your email address. If you’re certain you have the right email address and password but still can’t sign in, ensure you’ve verified your email address by checking your inbox for an email with «PlayStation verify» in the subject line. Click the link in the email.
- Contact support. Chatting with the PlayStation Online Assistant Bot may help you identify and solve the issue
- Other troubleshooting tips include ensuring your system software is up to date, turning your console and router off and back on, and trying to sign in to Account Management online.
