“The liquidation of the consequences of today's mass shelling by the Russian Federation continues in the Kyiv region. According to the decision of “Ukrenergo”, emergency shutdowns of electricity have been introduced. Therefore, the shutdown schedules do not work. Energy workers are working hard to return to scheduled shutdowns as soon as possible. In the coming days, about half of the region will be without electricity,” he wrote in a telegram.
