Kyiv and four other regions will return to planned blackouts tomorrow
In Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and Odesa regions, scheduled power outages will be in effect starting tomorrow, December 5.

“We are doing everything possible to make them as few as possible,” the company emphasized.
