Offensive actions of the Russian troops are currently focused on the Lyman, Bakhmut and Avdiyiv directions, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“During the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the areas of Belogorivka, Luhansk Oblast, and Verkhnyok Yanske, Spirne, Yakovlivka, Bakhmut, Bila Gora, Kurdyumivka, Novobakhmutivka, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region,” the report says.
The command recorded 10 missile and 33 air strikes by the Russian army, as well as 75 shots from multiple rocket launcher systems. In particular, civilian objects in Kramatorsk, Kryvyi Rih, as well as the village of Stepne in the Zaporizhia region were damaged by missile strikes.

In the north of Ukraine, the situation has not changed significantly, but the training of Russian units continues in Belarus.
“Dissatisfaction with the activities of the military and political leadership of Belarus is growing among border guards and armed forces of this country, due to the threat of involving the republic in a war with Ukraine,” the headquarters adds.
Russian troops continue shelling military and civilian objects in various regions of Ukraine.

“The enemy continues to suffer losses. The number of dead occupiers among those mobilized in the Kursk region is increasing, as evidenced by local mass media. In addition, due to information about human losses, the war in Ukraine is less and less supported by the younger generation of Russians. Rumors about a possible invasion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are spreading in the city of Kursk and the region. In this regard, the fortification equipment of defensive positions in the areas bordering Ukraine is continuing,” the summary states.
The General Staff also reports on 22 air strikes on Russian personnel and military equipment, as well as 4 strikes on anti-aircraft positions. – missile systems of the enemy. In addition, the Ukrainian military shot down 14 Shahed-136 drones, one Orlan-10 drone and two more drones, the type of which has not yet been specified.
